Terms and Conditions of Room Hire

  • All occupants must vacate the rooms by 10am.
  • Occupants are not allowed to enter the rooms before 3pm on day of hire.
  • All occupants must pay a 50% deposit on booking.
  • Any cancellation must be advised over the telephone and in writing. See cancellation policy.
  • Whilst every effort is made to ensure the room is in good working order, if the occupant is not satisfied please contact the manager immediately.
  • The occupants must ensure to take good care of the room and its contents. Please leave the room clean and tidy.
  • Please inform the manager of any damage or breakages. The occupier is liable for any costs, loss or damager suffered as a result.
  • No pets are allowed in the rooms unless they are guide dogs.
